200 g paneer, cubed
1 tbsp oil or ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
3 tbsp cream (optional for richness)
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions

1.Blanch & blend spinach into a smooth puree.
2.Sauté cumin, onions, ginger-garlic, tomatoes, and chilies.
3.Add spices and spinach puree; cook until thickened.
4.Fold in paneer, finish with cream, and serve hot with naan or rice.
